Carbon @ The Big Chill Festival!

We've just returned from a fabulously sunny weekend at The Big Chill Festival creating the Lucky Voice Big Sing. We created the Big Sing karaoke application for Lucky Voice which was projected on to three huge screens. We we're on the main stage directly after Norman J's pack out set and the crowd loved having a good sing along in the sunshine. More event pics here

Carbon Visits the Royal Welsh Show

We recently traveled down to the Royal Welsh Show to install our interactive touchscreen application for the BBC. The application allows you to browse video content across Wales and create you very own news story by editing clips and music together with live playback. A collaboration between Carbon, Made and BBC Wales New media.

Carbon Work Placement

Fancy doing a paid work placement at Carbon Studio Cardiff? We're looking for a creative graduate to complete a 10 week (approx) work placement as an interactive designer. Candidates should have an excellent portfolio with a strong weighting towards digital.

Know Your Rights!

Know Your Rights is a bilingual interactive game about the Rights of the Child. The challenge is to explore the community map collecting all your rights along the way. Imaginet commissioned us to create, illustrate and build a game that was visually engaging and fun for children and young people to interact with.

Merlin Website Wins a Bafta!

We were over the moon when it was announced that the Merlin website won the Bafta for best interactive at Sunday nights Bafta Cymru. The Merlin site was a collaboration between Carbon Studio and BBC Wales new media. Congratulations to everyone involved!
