Merlin Website Wins a Bafta!

We were over the moon when it was announced that the Merlin website won the Bafta for best interactive at Sunday nights Bafta Cymru. The Merlin site was a collaboration between Carbon Studio and BBC Wales new media. Congratulations to everyone involved!

Bafta Cymru Nomination

Second time lucky? Unfortunately the Merlin site just missed out at the Bafta's in London last month. But we have a second chance to scoop a Bafta as the Merlin website has been nominated for a Bafta Cymru. The event takes place next Sunday the 17 May at the Wales Millennium Centre Cardiff.

Don't Keep The Design Secret!

Our latest website, and biggest undertaking for The BBC to date, Merlin went live this week!

The project embraced the challenge of making accessible Flash content, and is something of a flagship project for all concerned. Mike took the creative lead on this project and worked closely with BBC Wales New Media to ensure that the outcome achieved a 'Hollywood' feel. The site features a range of fantastically detailed Photoshop screens, digital illustrations and Flash animations that reflect the high production values and attention to detail of the show.
